- change email signatures.
In addition, you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions in the FAQ section at the bottom.
Changing your email account's user name or password
1. Open Settings in your iPhone, and then select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
2. Select the email account where you want to change the user name or password.
3. Enter your new user name or password in the Incoming Mail Server section.
Note: The new password you entered in your iPhone should comply with the email password you've set up in your Toolkit. To find your email account's password, log in to your Toolkit, and then click Email setup on the My Service menu. You'll find the password by clicking your email address on the Active email address list.

FAQ
Can I change my email account type from POP3 to IMAP or vice versa?
For your existing email accounts, you can't change their account type. You have to create a new account with a different account type.
If I have too many emails stored on the mail server, how do I delete them?
You can log in to your webmail (webmail.rwdigital.com.au) to delete the accumulated emails. This will clear the emails from the mail server. Remember to delete the emails from the deleted item box in the webmail, otherwise your account's storage usage will remain unchanged.
How do I change my name in an email account?
You can follow the same steps in the Changing your email account's user name and password section, and then change your name in the POP/IMAP Account Information section.
